I don’t know about you, but I definitely feel terrible when I am not getting a good night’s sleep. A few months ago I was having a lot of back and neck pain and could not figure out why. I was also not sleeping well. I initially thought it might be stress related, but I could not pinpoint any exact stressors that were keeping me up at night.
I ended up going to see a chiropractor for my recurring back and neck pain.
